We grant return/exchanges on unused/unaltered products only. Due to volume, we do not pre-wash any hair prior to shipping.
To receive an approval for an Return/Exchange of Product(s) you must follow these steps:
2. We advise that you DO NOT wash and deep condition ANY of the bundles or clothing. If you detect any error (excessive shedding or tangling/matting), you must contact us immediately within that 3 day period after receiving your order.

An Proof of the claim must be submitted via email only with clear videos & pictures. We may ask the client to return the product in order to access the damage. Once we access the damage and we see that your claim is just, we will send out the exchange product.
