Our Return/Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of Our business:

NO REFUNDS ON ANY USED HAIR OR PRODUCTS. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!! 

RETURNS/EXCHANGES ARE GRANTED ON UN-USED/UN-ALTERED HAIR WITHIN 3 DAYS AFTER THE DELIVERY DATE (APPROVED PRODUCTS ONLY)-- CONTACT US ASAP FOR RETURNS/EXCHANGES!!

We grant return/exchanges on unused/unaltered products only.  Due to volume, we do not pre-wash any hair prior to shipping.

To receive an approval for an Return/Exchange of Product(s) you must follow these steps:

1. We advise that you wash and deep condition all bundles within 3 days after receiving the product to reveal any error in the product. If you detect any error (excessive shedding or tangling/matting), you must contact us immediately within that 3 day period.

2. Provide a reason for the refund/exchange and submit before and after photos pictures & video of the product(s) received. We encourage that you inspect the hair immediately for flaws. 

3. You must ship and provide us with an return tracking number within 7 days after the product(s) delivered date.

An Proof of the claim must be submitted via email only with clear videos & pictures. We may ask the client to return the product in order to access the damage. Once we access the damage, we will send out the exchange product.  

We Guarantee the Best Hair will be sent to our Clients. Please be advise to read all Hair Care Instructions in regards to care of the hair before checking out. If you feel there is a error in your hair order, contact us immediately. If there is an error in shipping or with your order, you have 24-48 hours to contact us via (tallecouture@yahoo.com)
